Supper with my sister, Rachel, is my favourite part of every fortnight. We stretch out our stay at restaurants as long as we possibly can, and chit chat about anything and everything. It’s so nice to now be in the same city as each other!
Rach used to live in Chiswick and Tarantella was always her go-to Italian restaurant for a casual but delicious meal. It was time for me to see what all the fuss was about.
This charming restaurant was on a little side street just off the Chiswick High Road. Tarantella’s modest and homely interior was contrasted by the buzzy atmosphere created by it’s happy diners.
After a couple bowls of glistening, garlicy olives, we went straight on to main course.
I went for the Orecchiette Diamante – ear shaped pasta served with clams, crab meat, baby plum tomatoes, rocket and garlic.
